You will get approximately 20 pounds of frozen meat. Each cut will be individually vacuum sealed in plastic and labeled with what is inside.  Examples of the types of cuts you will receive are: leg of lamb, loin chops, rib chops, shoulder steaks, shanks, roast, and ground lamb.
